Any story published is covered by our replacement policy for up to 30 days. After 30 days, no guarantees can be made that the story will remain published on any website.
All payments made in cash and/or crypto currency are final and can not be refunded.
All articles published are final. Our official process is to provide a final proof as a PDF that can not be edited. Once that is approved, the story is final and will be published as is (unless otherwise noted). Removing or editing an already approved story at a later time may require an additional cost between $5,000 - $8,000 per story, depending on the platform the story appears on. Some platforms charge additional fees in addition to our fee to remove or edit. There is no guarantee that any story that has been approved and is published can be removed as we can take no responsibility for the removal policies of 3rd party publishers.
Any client that does not reply to messages or approve drafts for 180 days forfeits their placements and right to a refund. Any service delivered afterwards is entirely at our discretion.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For physical items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Please do not send requests for refunds to any vendors or partners.
There are certain situations where no refunds can be given: Any item that is damaged or deleted for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can only be given for any future 30 day portion of any project that has not been already completed. No prorated refunds can be given. When client approves a draft provided by VitoGlazers.com for publishing, this ends the Money Back Guarantee period. Refunds will only be given if the story can not be completed to a standard the client approves, or if the story can not be published in the publication that is outlined in the agreement. There are no refunds for any approved stories that have been published.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days. After 30 days, a defective, damaged or deleted item may be subject to an additional fee to replace.
Bonus
Bonuses have no monetary value and are issued at the discretion of VitoGlazers.com - bonuses can not be assigned to another party and can not be claimed for any cash value.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
